Mr. Allen attended the University of California at Berkeley from 1955 through 1956, and UCLA from 1956 through 1957 when he left campus to work on defense-related research. Over the past thirty years, Mr. Allen has published scores of scholarly papers in the peer review science and medical journals. He received his Bachelor of Science from Utah State University in 1985, his Master of Science from Brigham Young in 1990, and his PhD from the University of Utah in 1998. After being an instructor in engineering and mathematics, he became a successful self-made businessman. | | 
Corinne E. Allen, CPA, Chief Financial Officer Miss Allen is a graduate of California State University at Northridge. She has worked in the public accounting industry for over 17 years.She is currently licensed as a CPA in New Mexico.Before joining CytoDyn she was a senior manager at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco, California, where she helped affluent clients with complex issues related to taxation, trusts, and compliance. |  Ronald J. Tropp, Esq., Director Mr. Tropp is a graduate of Swarthmore College and earned his J.D. degree at the University of Wisconsin in 1968. Mr. Tropp has been with CytoDyn since its founding. He previously served as General Counsel for Pacific Coast Medical Enterprises. He has worked in the field of intellectual property since 1972 when he worked for Warner Brothers on copyright protection for emerging technologies. He has been a practicing attorney in California since 1976 and previously practiced law in New York. He has also served an author on labor law for the New York Law Journal. | | 
George F. Dembow, Director Born in New York City on May 11, 1933, Mr. Dembrow received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY in 1954. He was a fighter pilot in the United States Air Force from 1954 until 1957. In civilian life he had an eight year career with Fischbach and Moore, Inc., a world-wide electricalcontractor, becoming a Vice President in 1963. From 1966 to 1971, Mr. Dembow was President and Co-Owner of Apache Airlines, Inc., a commuter airline operating out of Phoenix, Arizona. In 1972 he founded Arizona Natural Resources, Inc.,a manufacturer and contractor of cosmetics, toiletries and candles, where he has worked ever since. |  Gregory A. Gould, CPA, Director, Audit Committee Mr. Gould has worked in the life sciences industry for the past decade. Until its acquisition by QLT, Inc. in November of 2004, Mr. Gould served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Atrix Laboratories, Inc. Atrix was a Nasdaq company with over $60 million in annualized revenues and 160 employees in two countries.From February of 1996 until its acquisition by KRG Capital Partners in October of 2003, Mr. Gould was the Director of Finance, and then Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Colorado MEDtech, a Nasdaq company with over $77 million in annualized revenues and 500 employees located in four states. Mr. Gould received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1989. Mr. Naydenov is a self-made entrepreneur. He immigrated to the U.S. in 1982 from Bulgaria where he was a competitive gymnast. He purchased a gymnasium and parlayed it into a successful business empire. He is also on the Board of Milara, Inc., a leading provider of stencil and screen printing systems for the surface mount and semiconductor industries, which he purchased and helped build into a multi-million dollar business. The newest member of our Board of Directors, Mr. Naydenov has been the holder of a substantial block of the common stock of CytoDyn, Inc. |
